Free MLM Training – The Decision

Friday, October 30th, 2009

Many years ago a friend of mine (I will call Randy) asked me to come over to his place. He told me he had something to show me and that he wanted me to go for a short drive with him and that we wouldn’t be long. When I arrived at his home he was very excited, perhaps even giddy. I didn’t know what he had going on but I remember thinking to myself that he must have won something. Well he sat me down and gave me this little booklet. It looked official and Randy was talking so fast I had to ask him to slow down a couple times. Well Randy had gotten into an MLM and he was going to make a million and as my good fortune would have it he was going to share his wealth opportunity with me.

We went to a meeting and listened to a middle aged fellow tell me and 20 or so other people how if we put all these circles together in a certain pattern the money would happen so fast we could be selling our homes and moving to the beach within the month. This fellow drove a car that reeked of money and when the meeting was over there were two guys salivating all over that car – Randy and Me.

Who Else Wants Free MLM Training – Learn My “L.I.P.S.S.” MLM Recruiting System”

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

When I began my career to build my MLM business, I was extremely unsure of myself and so I took advantage of all the free MLM Training I could get. Still it seemed that in the beginning most of my training was not from CDs or Coaches – it came from learning things by trial and error. This is not the approach I would recommend anyone take. I heard it said that you can’t look good and get better at the same time however this is a lot to be said for having an experienced coach guiding you along because it can save you a ton of time and get you into a profit quickly.

I saw people get into marketing and start making thousands of dollars in their first month simply because they had quality coaching by top leaders who knew how to make the most of the comp plan and how to build a team. When I started approaching people I had some success but I had to make up in numbers of people to talk to due to the recruiting skills that I lacked.

Your MLM Lead Generator

Can Explode Your Zurvita Business

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Anyone that has attempted to buy a quality mlm lead for their business opportunity will have undoubtedly experienced frustration and discouragement after their first dozen calls. It is not uncommon to pay $3.00 to $5.00 for a single lead. You were told that you were given a fresh mlm lead source and that the people were waiting for you to call them back. Yet when you called your lead they denied requesting information and hung up on you. You called another and another only to have rejection pile up on rejection.

I once purchased a $1000.00 worth of leads that were described as a targeted MLM Lead and what I found was that if I hit my hand with a hammer real hard that would have generated more satisfaction than dialling all of those leads. They were so bad that I gave them to my down-line and explained that they would be great to practice with. The feedback was that if I gave them more of these so called practice leads they would delete them as soon as they got them.

Everyone that sells leads tells you that they have quality leads and when you read the descriptions on them you would be lead to believe they have their check books out and are waiting for you to call. It can be very frustrating and confusing trying to figure out what you should buy that will give you the best bang for the buck. It can also be very expensive to buy leads and for most people having enough leads to call for a couple hours each night could easily cost more than $500.00 a month. This is a very costly way to learn marketing but for most people starting out they see no other alternative. It is not surprising that most people fail in MLM because the leads they are calling are not high caliber prospects.

What if you could build your own MLM Lead Generator without having to spend tons of money? What if you could avoid calling leads that had already been called a dozen times and instead only speak to a high quality mlm lead that you created yourself? There is a way to do this and it is all about creating your own personal brand. It is easy to do and can be done without spend much money. You don’t get the rejection from your prospects because they are seeking you. Using Article submission, creating your own blog, and working with simple 30 second videos that you make yourself, it is possible to generate 20 to 150 or more highly targeted MLM leads daily that really want to hear what you have to say.

Imagine having that amount of traffic coming to your website. I would encourage anyone that wants to build their MLM business without relying on friends and family or spending $500 to a $1,000.00 a month on stale leads to check out this approach. Those wanting information are welcome to register on my blog for free information on how to make this happen in as little as 60 days. I am now using this system and I love it! Having people seek me out is way more fun not to mention you get to keep the money you earn!

MLM Help – Create a Google Traffic Jam At Your Web Site

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

Do You know how to create a traffic jam at your website without using Pay Per Click?

If you don’t know how, then your business is dead in the water! This article is going to discuss the SEO concept and generating traffic to your site. Two of my “On Line Marketing Mentors” just gave me permission to share  with my readers /viewers a recent video they made and it is HOT! These two guys have totally exploded their business and work with people like Mike Dillard and Robert Kiyosaki. This video  is going to give you the inside track on  how to explode your site with traffic fast! When this call originally took place there was a 1000 people on the line and many that could not get it because it got maxed out!  This is not stuff you want to take lightly,  because without these strategies and techniques you have very little hope of success using on-line marketing. Imagine having thousands view your site each week and  then call  or email you  requesting you to share your business with them. Fact:    This is possible!

Your website or product’s profitability and success is directly dependent on how much traffic, targeted traffic, you get.  Consider how profitable you could be if your prospective customers found your website near the top of search results for the keywords used in your industry.  The process of getting your website to the top of the search engines is known as search engine optimization (SEO). Internet marketing research and studies have proven time and time again that in the majority of cases organic search engine optimization strategies (Organic/natural SEO services) are far more cost effective then pay per click (PPC) advertising. As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work and what people search for.   SEO positions your website to reach a larger audience of online consumers that are already searching for products and services like your own.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via “natural” or un-paid (”organic” or “algorithmic”) search results as opposed to search engine marketing (SEM) which deals with paid inclusion.  The acronym “SEO” can also refer to “search engine optimizers,” a term adopted by an industry of consultants who carry out optimization projects on behalf of clients, and by employees who perform SEO services in-house. Optimizing a website primarily involves editing its content and HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines.  Search optimization is a hyper-competitive endeavour that requires intense focus and a thorough, up-to-date understanding of how the search engine algorithms and robots operate.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) involves targeting consumers by optimizing pages in your web site to appear for the specific keywords and key phrases. With technological advances in performance tracking and analytics, it is possible to initiate an SEO campaign and gauge its effectiveness “in real time” to determine which sales tactics and conversion funnels (keywords, landing pages or marketing tactics) are gaining the most significant traction through consumer response.

SEO companies that employ overly aggressive techniques can get their client websites banned from the search results.  An SEO technique is considered white hat if it conforms to the search engines’ guidelines and involves no deception.  Black hat SEO attempts to improve rankings in ways that are disapproved of by the search engines, or involve deception.    The argument between SEO supporters and PPC supporters about which is the most effective internet marketing strategy is as old as SEO and PPC themselves. Many search engine marketing conferences are held throughout the year which can help you meet and learn from many well known SEO professionals. If you write a blog you might want to read the Blogger’s Guide to SEO.

Creating Google Traffic – A Video You Must Watch!

These two ex-engineering geeks spent 50+ minutes discussing the biggest obstacles folks like you are facing when it comes to creating leads online. Then they put together a plan of action on how to OVERCOME those obstacles and beyond that, they even added a hidden surprise for folks who are on the call. It was a jam-packed call loaded with tons of information. If you were one of the lucky ones who got on, you know what I am talking about…

The MLM Connection

Without Rejection

Monday, October 19th, 2009

MLM Help With Prospecting can significantly increase the number of people that you’re bringing into your business and when done properly will help you get rid of 99% all the rejection you’re now getting.

When I first got started in network marketing my presentations were very clumsy and very confrontational. Often I did the classic ”Hey how’s it going? I got a great business you’re going to make $1 million doing so I need you to join my business”. This approach typically resulted in the Thanks, let me think, and over I’ll get back to you. I was told that the more no’s you receive the closer your getting to yes. Since I wasn’t really aware that my approach was a bad one I just did lots more of them. I really bought into the idea that the MLM industry is a numbers game. 10 years into marketing I still believe that the numbers game but my focus has shifted away from sign people up to make me wealthy to helping others achieve the goals they have.

Jeffrey Combs, a very successful network marketer, talks about using the ABC approach to marketing. The acronym for ABC is A-Always / B-Be C-Closing. Using the always be closing philosophy simply suggests that in any conversation you should be closing for some sort of decision. This is done by asking questions, for example asking your prospect if the right opportunity came along would you be open to taking a look at. When I first got started I would’ve said I’ve got a great opportunity I want you to take a look at. Though the latter will work it tends to put pressure on the person speaking to and the relationship you have with a person.

Your Success Is In Your Head

Friday, October 16th, 2009

There exists a very ancient text that states that in order to receive you must believe that you will receive first. The challenge with this philosophy or universal truth is that most people tend to only believe in things that they can touch, feel or see. We might want to live in a new fancy home but if we don’t have the financial resources to get it we call the dream home. We don’t really believe we could get it but it’s nice to think about it and imagine what it would be like to have.

You might say to your friends that you’re to become very successful in network marketing with your business. And they respond with “well you come back and see me when you get the pink Cadillac”. Your friends may scoff at your dream not because they want to hurt your feelings but because they don’t believe it’s possible. The problem with taking advice from broke people is that you’re likely to have the same success they’re having which up to now is not much. They don’t want you to get your hopes up only to be disappointed. I have heard hundreds of people say to me: Well I don’t want to get my hopes up, because they don’t want to be let down.”

Goal Setting Or Doing Your Best

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I recall one of the very first things I was asked to do when I got into MLM was to write down my goals. This was described to me as being one of the most important things I needed to do and I was a bit ambivalent about it. After all what I really needed to do was make some money doing marketing. I saw a lot of people that were making a “lot of money” and that was “goal” enough for me.

My coach told me to get a card and write down my dream goal on it and if I could find a picture and add that to it as well. He encouraged me to look at my dream card often. Well I had my dream on a card and I read it multiple times a day. Nothing seemed to be happening and so I went back to my coach and he said it was great that I had my card done and was impressed when I said even had a Dream Board started. He then asked me what my daily goals looked like and my expression gave me away – I didn’t have any.

MLM HELP

Magnetic Sponsoring And
Team Building

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

Imagine how cool it would be to have your phone ringing with people seeking you out wanting to know about your business. No more spending hours on the phone trying to reach people who are not interested in talking to you because they think you’re one of those Tele-Marketer types. You check your email and there are 15 new people that signed up with your business. This sounds pretty amazing and perhaps if you have been marketing for a while it seems like a fairy tale but for an elite few this is how there day starts.
One of my coaches had 10 to 15 people joining his business every day as a result of duplication that was taking place in his team. More recently I found a new mentor that does this through his own leveraged efforts. He does not buy a single lead and yet each day he has people contacting him wanting to know more about him. His name is David Wood. David is a Master Blogger, Article writer and a very successful network marketer.

David uses a concept that is based on Magnetic Attraction which is a term made famous by Mike Dillard more commonly referred to as Magnetic Sponsoring. The idea behind this approach to marketing is that you make yourself attractive to your potential recruit by offering value without first asking for commitment or money. It is about developing a relationship with the people you would like to have in your business. This is not the way most MLM people build their business as most are taught to pitch the deal immediately and see if they join.

There is a new Pre-Launch happening every day it seems and we are getting overloaded with email pitches to join some new awesome business that will take us to the land of milk and honey. Those of us that have been marketing for any length of time understand that Network Marketing is all about relationship building and not about getting in at the top in some new pre-launch. When you offer to help some one struggling in their business you will get a friend for life. Over time these friends will seek you out because they respect you and view you as a true leader. You didn’t try to pitch them, you focused on helping them solve their problem you and this is the core concept in Magnetic Sponsoring and Team Building.

If you are interested in learning more about this concept and would like to see how you could use it in your MLM business to start creating huge growth, simply click on the link below and get registered for a Free Attraction Marketing Email Series. I will share with you these same concepts and strategies that can easily add 20 to 50 Free Leads to your Email every day. Ask yourself this question – How many more people could you sponsor each day, if 20 to 50 people were emailing you and asking you to contact them?  Register and find out how amazing this is. We have a Weekly Training Call each week that you can listen in for free and no obligations.

For those of you that are ready to really dig in and start having instant success at this I have a Free 7 Video Boot Camp on Magnetic Sponsoring

MLM Help Coach – I Object!

Monday, October 12th, 2009

Objections are not always a refusal, but objections can cause most new network marketers blood to run cold. Every human being wants to be received in a loving way, and we all are ultimately seeking approval. By the time we reach adult hood we have learned to fear the word “no”. When we represent a product or service we are in effect saying this is something good and you should get it. When we ask for the order or for the person to join our business we risk receiving that terror causing word “No” and this may leave us feeling hurt .

I recall my first few years in marketing and they bring back memories of having sweaty palms and a trembling voice. I wanted this person to join my business and yet I was scared that the she might say no. If my prospects said “no” I often felt hurt, because it felt she wasn’t rejecting my business she was rejecting me and my business. After a time I realized a “No” response wasn’t a personal rejection and I didn’t need to feel bad. I was offering my prospect a way t0 make some money and in return my company would give me a commission and it was a win win. By helping them get into my business I was doing my prospect a favor,  because I was giving her an opportunity to create extra income for her family.

IS MY MLM A SCAM
OR
MAINSTREAM BIG BUSINESS?

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

There are an abundance  of MLM Scams in existence these days and it is  prudent to do one’s due diligence before investing one’s time and money. This of course is true any time we are making an investment because the marketing arena is not the only place those “scam folks” lurk.

In my earlier article Hard Work can Destroy Your Business my point was that while hard work is important, leveraging ones efforts is the best way to go. Wealth can ONLY be created in one of two ways:
a) Put money to work
b) Put people to work

As required in any performance based activity skill is required and one must acquire either personally those needed skill sets or acquire people that have them. (Donald Trump in his recent best seller “Think Big” recommends you learn the skill sets needed in any endeavor you are planning to profit from but leverage yourself by employing the best people you can find and watch them to make sure they are performing to the level expected.)
