Network Marketing And Internet Business Mlm Online Discover The Secret Leadership Principle You Need To Know

Friday, January 8th, 2010

If you are looking to become successful in your network marketing and Internet business MLM online, then you have to put the focus on yourself and not on your products or services. You need to have you as a focal point because people don’t join businesses they partner with people. Ask yourself this question: why would people would want to join my business? If you cannot answer that question then you need to sit down with a piece of paper and start to think of reasons why they should.

Network Marketing And Internet Business / Mlm Online companies typically provide replicated websites that focus on their products or services; however, people looking for a business to get into are not really looking for a business there looking for what the business can do for them. The problem that people who are new to the industry have is the lack of skill in the area of marketing. Therefore, it is critical for the professional network marketer that is intending to build his business using the Internet to develop a number of skill sets that can help his new recruits become successful online.

Yoli Review – Before You Join Read This First!

Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

Yoli Review : Yoli is a health alternative beverage and the name means “to live” in Aztec.

Yoli was started by six MLM Leaders with a vision to take Yoli to the top of the market place. Each founder has built organizations of thousands of Distributors doing millions in product volume every month. When the Yoli mlm buisness founders discovered the Blast caps concept they believed they had found what they were looking for.

The Yoli Blast Cap is promoted to deliver a healthy freeze dried, vitamin and all natural ingredients to the consumer. When the Yoli beverage is to be consumed the powdered ingredients are then infused into the Yoli Water bottle and then shaken to mix. The Yoli’s Blast caps main ingredients’ are not stored in water or boiled, so little loss of its vital nutrients occurs. The company states that the Yoli beverage has all natural ingredients but not limited to Acai, Goji, Reservatol, White Tea Extract and Pomegranate.

It has been suggested that One A Day Vitamins is now working on a Yoli Blast cap format for delivering their vitamins. Blast cap technology is supposed to deliver fresh dried nutrients directly into the water ready to consume. Yoli representatives believe that years from now Yoli Blast Caps will be as common as Coke or Pepsi.

Many MLM business experts agree the Binary and the Unilevel compensation plan such as the one Yoli has is a superior plan. Yoli also added a the “Break Even Bonus”, that representative in Yoli are saying are some of the best the industry has seen in decades. The Yoli comp plan has a huge number of rank advancements providing people the opportunity to earn. They state that by sharing the Yoli products and opportunity, you will be able to capitalize on the Yoli Pay Plan which they state is a unique, fair, lucrative, synergistic and compliant compensation plan.

How Much Does It Cost:

The example they give is If you’re on an Auto-ship of $59.98, and you sponsor two Distributors, one on an Auto-ship of $124.95 and the other on an Auto-ship of $239.92, your BEB is $20.00 plus $40.00, totalling $60.00. You’re now earning enough BEB commission bonuses every month to completely cover your Auto-ship every four weeks.

Bottom Line:

I have seen a lot of folks join a new MLM business because of all the hype associated with “ground floor opportunities and having a Lotto mentality. Whether Yoli survives the 95 % failure rate that all businesses face within their first 5 years remains to be seen. To be successful in Yoli will depend on your ability to sponsor new members in your marketing team. If you are not sponsoring 10 to 20 new consultants into your business on a monthly basis you are not likely going to succeed regardless if your company has been around for a year or even 20 years. Paradigms and The Science of Getting Rich

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

Our paradigms are simply habits that result when our ideas become fixed and a belief is formed. Why is it that some people become involved in marketing and have significant success while others have significant failure and quit? Another question that could be asked is why is it that some people have tremendous amounts of confidence while others are extremely insecure. Some people rise to the top of a compensation plan without much apparent effort and enjoy the climb while the greater majority hover in mediocrity in their MLM .

Some people see adversity as an exciting challenge while others see it as extremely bad luck or misfortune where nothing ever seems to go right. I recall a mentor of mine telling me once that it doesn’t matter which way the wind blows when the sale is trimmed properly the boat will go wherever it is intended to go. An aircraft made of steel defies gravity and climbs thousands of feet into the air. A ship made of steel does not sink to the bottom but instead glides through the water with great speed.

MLM Team Building Success is Determined

By Your Paradigms

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

Most people have no idea what a paradigm is but that does not change the fact that paradigms rule our success in life. Bob Proctor said that paradigms are similar to the laws of the universe. He cited an example of a baby crawling off a balcony. The baby does not know anything about gravity but the law of gravity states that anything heavier than air is drawn to the center of the earth. From early childhood we are forming paradigms and then living by them.

Over the years I have spoke to so many people that described themselves by the paradigms they believed they were ruled by. I am sure you have heard people say things like “I could sell ice to Eskimos.” or “I am a people person.” or “I am not a people person.” “Or I am not a sales person, I can’t sell.” We all have paradigms that we live our lives by but the question is whether our paradigms serve us or limit us.

Let’s look at the fellow that loses his job and has been unemployed for 6 months and can’t find employment despite his best efforts. He calls into a call center and asks for someone to call him back about a business opportunity. When he is presented with a business that he can afford to get into and has the potential to put him back into a positive cash flow  he rejects the venture. He does not say no to the business venture because of a lack of resources to get started. This fellow rejects the business because he believes he is not cut out for sales and marketing. As a result this fellow remains unemployed, he ends up losing his home, his car is repossessed and he puts his family at risk of being homeless.

If he had taken on the business venture on, he may have failed, but he may also have succeeded. It always baffles me how intelligent people choose to do nothing and willingly lose everything than to simply become resourceful and commit to succeeding. Still these paradigms are powerful and can lead a person to total self destruction if unchecked. Most people respond adversely to change and despite how limiting the current situation may be, it is familiar and predictable and just like a moth mindlessly drawn to the light the attraction becomes its’ undoing. The top 5 % of our population challenge their paradigms. They examine them and rewrite any non-serving paradigms right out of their life. They understand that to change one’s life one must change one’s life and so they do.

I would encourage you to examine your paradigms and determine which ones you have that serve you and which ones do not. Develop yourself an action plan to embrace your life and face those things that make you feel uncomfortable. Bob Proctor uses the example of the golfer that changes his grip on the golf club. The new grip feels terrible but amazingly the ball flies down the green landing only a few feet from the cup. The novice golfer could have chose to use the grip he felt the most comfortable with or choose the new one and become a better golfer. There are things that you are doing that feel comfortable but they are not serving and are limiting your MLM team building. So the choice is yours and I know you will make the right one. See you at the top!

Success is in Marketing is no different than in any other endeavour. It takes time and education to become professional. Everyone needs a coach and a marketing system. Of course all MLM companies have their own product training and orientation to their compensation plan, however; calling friends and family is not marketing and at some point you will run out of those people to talk to. You need to have a system that will generate new people for you to approach and they need to see you as someone that is a leader, someone that has the skills to help them become successful. I would encourage you to check out this system. It will cost you a whopping 4 quarters to try it out for two weeks. Click Here To Test Drive It Now

Who Else Wants Free MLM Training – Learn My “L.I.P.S.S.” MLM Recruiting System”

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

When I began my career to build my MLM business, I was extremely unsure of myself and so I took advantage of all the free MLM Training I could get. Still it seemed that in the beginning most of my training was not from CDs or Coaches – it came from learning things by trial and error. This is not the approach I would recommend anyone take. I heard it said that you can’t look good and get better at the same time however this is a lot to be said for having an experienced coach guiding you along because it can save you a ton of time and get you into a profit quickly.

I saw people get into marketing and start making thousands of dollars in their first month simply because they had quality coaching by top leaders who knew how to make the most of the comp plan and how to build a team. When I started approaching people I had some success but I had to make up in numbers of people to talk to due to the recruiting skills that I lacked.

The MLM Connection

Without Rejection

Monday, October 19th, 2009

MLM Help With Prospecting can significantly increase the number of people that you’re bringing into your business and when done properly will help you get rid of 99% all the rejection you’re now getting.

When I first got started in network marketing my presentations were very clumsy and very confrontational. Often I did the classic ”Hey how’s it going? I got a great business you’re going to make $1 million doing so I need you to join my business”. This approach typically resulted in the Thanks, let me think, and over I’ll get back to you. I was told that the more no’s you receive the closer your getting to yes. Since I wasn’t really aware that my approach was a bad one I just did lots more of them. I really bought into the idea that the MLM industry is a numbers game. 10 years into marketing I still believe that the numbers game but my focus has shifted away from sign people up to make me wealthy to helping others achieve the goals they have.

Jeffrey Combs, a very successful network marketer, talks about using the ABC approach to marketing. The acronym for ABC is A-Always / B-Be C-Closing. Using the always be closing philosophy simply suggests that in any conversation you should be closing for some sort of decision. This is done by asking questions, for example asking your prospect if the right opportunity came along would you be open to taking a look at. When I first got started I would’ve said I’ve got a great opportunity I want you to take a look at. Though the latter will work it tends to put pressure on the person speaking to and the relationship you have with a person.

MLM Help

Goal Setting Or Doing Your Best

Friday, October 16th, 2009

I recall one of the very first things I was asked to do when I got into MLM was to write down my goals. This was described to me as being one of the most important things I needed to do and I was a bit ambivalent about it. After all what I really needed to do was make some money doing marketing. I saw a lot of people that were making a “lot of money” and that was “goal” enough for me.

My coach told me to get a card and write down my dream goal on it and if I could find a picture and add that to it as well. He encouraged me to look at my dream card often. Well I had my dream on a card and I read it multiple times a day. Nothing seemed to be happening and so I went back to my coach and he said it was great that I had my card done and was impressed when I said even had a Dream Board started. He then asked me what my daily goals looked like and my expression gave me away – I didn’t have any.
