Network Marketing Business – Does Not Work!

Over 90% of everyone that gets involved in network marketing fails within their first 90 days. When you consider that there are literally millions of people accessing the Internet on a daily basis, why are so few people successful at recruiting any of them? The fact is that social media offers network marketers a massive advantage at building a network marketing business quickly.

Affiliate Marketing First and Network Marketing Second

As stated above, most people that are involved in network marketing are failing at it. Still, they may be very attached to the product/service or the person that recruited them into their business. When you attempt to directly remove them by trying to enlist them into your business, it is likely that you will fail. If you offer to help them build their existing business by marketing them with tools and providing them with coaching, a win-win opportunity now exists. Your prospect will receive the tools and coaching they need to succeed and you receive financial compensation that you would’ve not otherwise gotten.

Affiliate Marketing Can Generate New Recruits for Your Business

Some of the people that you offer tools and coaching may be satisfied with that alone, however others may appreciate having a leader take them by the hand. It is very common to have brand-new network marketers want to follow you in your business because of your leadership skills. So always lead with value and stop trying to sell. People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

Affiliate Marketing Can Offer You a Stable Long-Term Income

It is extremely common these days to see network marketing companies go out of business or merge with other ones. If you are reliant on a network marketing company for your income you don’t actually own a business. You are called an independent representative but in many ways you are a dependent representative. Your network marketing company owns your downline and your paycheck. When you do affiliate marketing you own your own business and choose the products and services that you want to sell.

Because the products and services you sell are directed at building network marketing companies, you can create an income selling products and services to individuals belonging to other network marketing companies other than your own. Zig Ziglar said that when you help enough people get what they want, you can have everything that you want.

Most People Quit Network Marketing Within 90 Days

It is a fact that most people that attempt to start a network marketing business fail and typically are out within 90 days. I believe the reason for such a high failure rate is because of fear. People don’t like getting rejection and in particular being rejected by their friends or family. When the new marketer approaches their friends and family and get rejection they frequently believe they are not cut out for sales.

Seven Words “I Will Help You Build Your Business”

Online marketing is often a much better fit for people simply because they are not getting rejected by people that they know. Still, I believe an eclectic approach is better. So how does the new network marketer avoid becoming a statistic in that first 90 days? While there is no guarantee anyone will succeed, telling your new business partner that you will help them with their business can make all the difference in the world.

Begin With Your Warm Market and Then Move To Your Cold Market

If you can help your new network marketer get an immediate paycheck they are far more likely to stick it out. Get your new distributor/rep to create a list of 20 to 50 names and phone numbers that you can call together. Once he has gone through his warm market [people he knows] then you can start showing him how to prospect using social media.

ABC-Always Be Closing

Of course you always want to be encouraging your new business partners to keep a lookout for potential recruits as they go about their normal day and week. There are lots of people working jobs that they don’t like. One of my coaches told me, “some people will, some people won’t, so what”. The point is, we want to encourage our representatives to focus on the recruiting activity and less about the actual outcome. If our new reps are talking to enough people there business will grow.

Always Be A Mentor

Always be available to help your new business partners. It’s not about doing it for them, but rather doing it with them. It’s important to remember however, that you cannot make your new recruits want to have success. I always tell my people that if you carry your 50 bricks I’ll carry mine and then I follow up with – is that fair?

It’s a fact, that if you don’t have this in place for your business your marketing efforts are doomed! I’ll share with you inside the video exactly what SIN A LOA means. I will give you a clue though, the word is not Hawaiian. LOL

most people make reasonably good employees, but when it comes to becoming a successful entrepreneur most people fall flat. Statistically, the chances of succeeding in business is very low. It’s not that there is no room for new marketers selling great products and services, it’s just that most people are not dedicated or committed enough to getting a venture off the ground. Most people simply are not willing to endure the challenges of facing failure after failure. Oddly enough an airplane doesn’t get off the ground without air resistance and a bodybuilder can’t become stronger if he’s not pushing heavyweights.

When starting a business, anything and everything typically goes wrong, and this is where most people end up failing in their attempts to build a business. Success generally only occurs after multiple failures. Consider learning to walk, your first attempts resulted in failure after failure and even though you fell you are willing to pick yourself up. Your parents were excited that you are getting up and attempting to walk they were thrilled with your attempts.

As we got older we learned that failure often meant that we were dumb, slow to learn, or lacking any talent. As a result of these negative experiences we became reluctant to do anything that made us look bad. Successful people like everyone else don’t like failing but they don’t let it stop them from continuing forward. They feel the fear and do it anyway. When you’re contacting prospects, it’s likely that you’re going to be given a ton of rejection.

What I have found is that I feel the least amount of emotional pain with rejection when I have more people to call than I have time to contact. Understand that when you receive rejection, it has nothing to do with you. If you contact enough people your business is going to thrive.
